FWC was born inside enterprise digital transformation, on systems processing over USD 60 million a year. We kept seeing the same failure on repeat: a consultant skims the business, applies a generic template, collects the invoice, and leaves.
The software technically works. The business quietly bleeds. Workarounds pile up. Staff re-enter data the system was supposed to handle. Decisions run on numbers nobody trusts. Across the projects we were called in to rescue, those hidden costs ran into the millions. Not because the software was bad, but because nobody understood the business before configuring it.
We started Forward Within Consultancy to be the opposite of that.

"Forward Within"
The name is the method. Forward: the goal is always progress, systems that move the business ahead. Within: understanding comes from inside your operation. We learn the real need before a single thing is built.
We look within first. We understand the need. Then we execute. Never the other way around.
Understanding your workflow does not mean rebuilding the ERP around it. With best effort, we still recommend sticking to the ERP's original workflow whenever possible: it is the optimized way to run the process, and it is the path of least resistance at upgrade time, with no conflicting custom code to untangle.
